WHAT WOULD YOU MOST LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT WHAT YOU DO AT BHC?
I work with CFO’s and business owners to help identify opportunities to control rising healthcare costs while at the same time making sure company benefits are competitive to attract and retain employees.
I also work with human resources department to help eliminate the administrative burden of managing benefits so they can focus on other tasks.
WHAT’S YOUR WORK MOTIVATION?
I love taking a client that has settled with the status quo of offering employee benefits without much support from their current broker to implementing our full suite of HR, technology, and compliance resources so the client gets more value out of the dollars spent on employee benefits.

I’m actually an introvert and like having time to myself but no one would ever guess that because I am very outgoing and do enjoy being around people.
TELL US ABOUT YOUR FAMILY
I have three kids that are very close in age. My daughter Grace is 12 and my son Brady is 11. They were born one year apart and share the same birthday. My youngest son Blake is 10. We stay very busy with sports and activities throughout the week.
